Here are a couple different variations, I hope they work for you and enjoy
SEASONED POTATO WEDGES
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
3 lg. baking potatoes, cleaned and cut in 8 wedges
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
In a shallow pan, combine flour, paprika and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Dip potato wedges in milk, coat with flour mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with butter. Bake 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees.
POTATO DIP:
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine ingredients and chill. Dip hot potato wedges or serve over top of wedges.
CRISPY POTATO WEDGES
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. each: basil, thyme, oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 to 6 potatoes, cut in wedges (quarters)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Mix oil and seasonings together. Roll potato wedges in mixture. Lay flat on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on potatoes. Bake 15 more minutes. Serve hot.Best recipe for baked potato wedges? crispy on the outside,fluffy inside?
BAKED POTATO WEDGES
1 baking potato
Corn oil
Herbs %26amp; spices
Scrub a potato. Dry. Cut lengthwise into 6 wedges (like a dill pickle spear). Brush the cut sides of the potato with oil.
Place on a baking pan and dust cut sides with garlic powder, oregano, mustard powder or any appealing herb.
Bake at 450 degrees until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 wedges.
