Who could resist this Smores Cheesecake?? Yum!!





Smores Cheesecake





1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs


1/3 c Margaine, melted


1/4 c Sugar


12 oz Container soft cream cheese


5 (1.45-oz)milk chocolate -candy bars, melted


1 (1.45-oz)milk chocolate -candy bars, finely chopped


1 c Miniature Marshmallows


1 1/2 c Cool whip, thawed








Stir together crumbs, margarine and sugar in small bowl; press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Chill





Stir together cream cheese and melted chocolate in small bowl until well blended; pour into crust. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate.





Fold marshmallows into whipped topping; spread over cheesecake. Chill.





Makes 10-12 servings

you don't really need a recipe, just some graham crackers, your favourite chocolate and some large marshmallows. toast the marshmallow on a stick over a bonfire or candle or gas stove top. slap a piece of chocolate on a cracker, pop off the toasted marshmallow onto the chocolate and cover with another cracker - voila, yummy smores.What is your best recipe for making or eating SMORES?
A recipe for S'mores? Blasphemy.
One of my mother's homemade marshmallows, two squares of Hersheys chocolate, and an organic graham cracker. Homemade marshmallows are so soft they melt into cream when you toast them and squish them between the graham crackers. Yummy!

I know this isnt traditional but we always made campfire apple smores. You take some cored apples, and stuff them with mini marshmallows and choc chips. Wrap well in tin foil and throw in the hot coals. I'm telling you its awesome!!
