Serve this between toasted bread-- different but the very BEST!

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Pinch white pepper

2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine first five ingredients; process until smooth. Add egg quarters, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Add cram cheese, salt and pepper; process until creamy. Stir in dill if desired
For one sandwich, mix two hard-boiled eggs and two tablespoons of mayonnaise. This is simple, quick and painless. If you wanna get fancy, use the above ones. But honestly, you need egg and mayo for egg salad.

lots of lettuce

Good bread
boil them, mash them up, add mayo and a tad of salt and pepper. that is the basic idea. can put in some roasted sunflower seeds.

the mayo is what you have to watch because the best tasting mayo is just oil and bad for your heart. they now have an olive oil based mayo that might be better for protecting against heart disease.

grease and salt clog up your heart and such. food supply is not really inspected and few young people understand the harm bad food does. good luck.
