What is your best guacamole recipe?

2 avocados

1/2 medium red onion, finely diced

1 medium tomato, finely diced

1 tsp lime juice

Lawrys Seasoning Salt 1/2 tsp to taste

Pepper

Jalapeno Pepper, finely diced

Prepare the avacodoes by removing the pit and skin, place in bowl. Add diced onion, lime juice, seasoning salt, pepper and jalapeno pepper to taste. Reserve the tomato for later.

Using a pastry blender to large whisk break down the avocado to the texture of your choice, I personally like guac smooth with chunks.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add tomato at this time.

Okay so we hardly ever wait the hour but it does make a difference. To help the guac stay green place the pit in the guac and cover tightly with plastic wrap.

Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled depending on your crowd. What is your best guacamole recipe?
Basically garlic, red peppers, lemon juice, and mashed avocado, but you can add other things to it. Guacamole can even be made on the road, if all you need is a plastic bag to smash the garlic and avocado. Chopped onion is nice to add, but don't add to much, or it starts to taste weird, chopped tomatoes can add some variety.. Don't follow recipes,...experiment...What is your best guacamole recipe?
